Ingredients
• 1 cup water
• ¼ cup mirin
• ¼ cup soy sauce
This recipe makes about about 1 ½ cups dipping sauce and can be stored for later use.
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and serve with prepared tempura vegetables or seafood.
